Emma Rose Kenney has been an actor for more than 10 years. She was the character Deborah Gallagher (Debbie) in the show Shameless between 2011 and 2021. Harris Conner Healy is the character she played in the tenth season of Roseanne and The Conners which was its spin-off. Kenney was an New York City native born in the month of September, 1999. Kevin Kenney is a former New York Post sportswriter who now writes on behalf of Fox Sports. Her mother, Gillian Kenney, is an attorney for criminals. Emma Kenney's home town is identical to that of her Shameless co star Emmy Rossum. Kenney was raised in Manhattan. She plays Debbie the rebellious daughter of Shameless which is a brand new Showtime TV show. She spent the majority of her early years in the state of New Jersey. Kenney was also famous for her character Darlene Gilbert's (Sara Gilbert), Harris' daughter in the Roseanne revival.
